I had a small issue with the website when placing my order and ended up calling customer support. The representative I spoke with was incredible. He walked me through the glitch, fixed the issue right away, and took the time to review my order.
I was originally planning on getting a standard shadowbox for my Yankees jersey, but he actually recommended this XL jersey frame instead and suggested swapping the black and silver matting for navy blue with white to match the team colors better. I trusted his advice and went with it, and I am so glad I did.
Once it arrived, I was blown away by how it turned out. It is beautiful, high-quality, and looks even better in person than I imagined. Absolutely 5 stars!

I can tell from the shipment the box took a good beating even though it was marked fragile, but thanks to SF Display’s very protective and careful packaging the display case came in perfect!
